For years, I lived the performance. From the outside, everything looked aligned — a successful design practice, meaningful client work, all the external markers of someone who had "figured it out."
But inside, there was constant pressure to maintain coherence I didn't actually feel. I could articulate transformation beautifully for others, while feeling exhausted, fragmented, and disconnected from my own knowing.
The breaking point came during a client retreat I was facilitating. Speaking eloquently about alignment, I suddenly realized: I'm teaching what I most need to learn.
