Refund Policy for Cadence Co DBA Gary Finnan OPUS
June 1st 2026 [effective date]
June 1st 2026 [last updated date]
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for digital products, online programs, coaching, consulting, memberships, events, and related services sold by Cadence Co DBA Gary Finnan OPUS. A refund policy should clearly state the refund format, time frame, limitations, and customer responsibilities, and those elements are reflected below.
1. General Policy Structure: Because the Company offers digital products and services that may be accessed immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may vary by offer. Industry refund templates for digital products often use a defined calendar-day refund window, such as 14 days, while coaching agreements often require that refund terms be expressly stated in the offer, payment terms, or service agreement.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the request is made in writing to Admin@garyFinnan.com and the customer has not materially violated the Terms. This mirrors a common digital-product template structure. Fees for completed coaching sessions, consulting calls, intensives, retainers, or advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Terms for cancellation, rescheduling, and termination should be stated in the coaching or service agreement. Refunds for self-study digital courses and online programs may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing with the purchaser’s full name, purchase email, order details, and reason for the request. No refunds will be provided after that period unless required by law. Downloadable digital files, templates, toolkits, and completed coaching or advisory sessions are non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred, unless otherwise stated in writing on the applicable sales page, order form, or service agreement.
3. Payment Plans: If a customer selects a payment plan, the customer remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless the Company expressly approves a refund or cancellation under the applicable offer terms. Missed installments may result in suspended access and collection of outstanding balances consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, the purchaser should send a written request to Admin@GaryFinnan.com before the applicable deadline and include:
a. Full name.
b. Email address used for purchase.
c. Product or program name.
d. Date of purchase.
e. Proof of payment or receipt, if requested.
f. Brief reason for the request.
5. If a refund is approved, reimbursement should be made to the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment processor or law. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider and financial institution.
6. Chargebacks: Customers are encouraged to contact the Company first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Filing an improper chargeback after receiving access to digital materials or services may be treated as a violation of the Terms of Use and may result in revoked access to current and future offerings, subject to applicable law.
7. Exceptions: Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under law. The Company may also choose, in its sole discretion, to issue full or partial refunds, credits, or transfers in exceptional circumstances.
8. Contact Information: Refund questions should be directed to:
